Do you charge extra to deliver to a home address?
No. There are no residential surcharges on our next day service, whether the delivery address is a house or a business unit.
How large can a next day parcel or pallet be?
Parcels go up to 120cm x 76cm x 76cm and 30kg. Pallets go up to 1.0m x 1.2m x 2.2m and 1,200kg. Anything bigger can still be shipped, with a surcharge applied.
Can I track my overnight courier delivery?
Yes. Every consignment is tracked in real time and confirmed with electronic proof of delivery, so you know exactly when it landed and who signed for it.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
